2. General Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Personal care items (such as beauty products).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale items and gift cards.


4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.


5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your current item first, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


6. European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, provided the item is in its original, unused condition, with tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


7. Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 10 business days.
